i think the best way to describe a true friend is this.
a person who has seen the best and the worst of you;
and stil sticks around.
and during the highest and lowest points in your life, the brightest and darkest times,
was right beside you.
a person who will be there with you when all your dreams come true.
a person whose company somehow empowers you to achieve the seemingly impossible.
or at least try.
a person who makes you laugh, laughs with you,
and creates notches of blissful memories that time fails to erase.
a person who knows your past, lives your present with you, and will be the one giving your toast at your wedding;
the one laughing at your photos, slapping your back and saying “remember when..”
a person who makes you smile even when they’re not around.
most importantly, a true friend is someone who cares for you even when it’s not convenient at all;
even when you’re not lovable, and even when you’re horrible and undeserving.
if you see that person stick around,
hell.
that’s a freaking friend.

you rejected my kickapoo, but then travelled across the causeway, and planned so much to giv me one of my best birthdays. ever. Your engaging personality changed my life. You saw potential in a scrawny boy with a quick mind with slow erm.. everything else. we shared limitless comedy. You always brighten my life somehow, and you’re so awesome that i sometimes cannot comprehend the strength and wisdom you seem to have. You give the best advice, you always say exactly what i need to hear. Your opinion means the world to me, and i seem to compare every girl i meet to you.

just kidding. you’re the best bro! some of the best moments in my life you were there. Ridiculous jokes, jaw-dropping basketball moves, Swearing and cursing at Dota players beside me; you inspired me and led me to one of my biggest passions - basketball. :)
You always helped me when i needed help, always fetched me when i needed a driver LOL. and you inspire me too. to not become fat. 10 years now we know each other. and i so know that you’ll be at my bachelor party, my wedding, and dammit. be at my funeral and say nice things about me.
